Appetite Enhancers

Question
Hi Tanya
I'm 5'10" and 130lbs. I'd like to gain weight.  I tried eating more..but sometimes I just don't have the appetite.  Tried lifting weights too...but my weight just goes up and down.
What do you know about weight gain or enhancing one's appetite?
thanks!

Answer
Dear Jun,

It's an old tradition in herbalism to use bitter herb combinations to enhance appetite. For example, here's one very old formula:

Gentian 4 oz.
Orange peel 4 oz.
Clumbo 4 oz.
Chamomile flowers 4 oz.
Quassia 4 oz.
Burned sugar 1 lb.
Whiskey 2 1/2 galls.Water 2 1/2 galls

Mix and let stand one week, filter, and use the clear liquor.

I guess, one should adjust the doze for desirable effect since I failed finding doze recommendation.

As to the best way to eat to gain muscle mass, I would recommend a good article by Hugo Rivera:

Hope it helps, otherwise please don't hesitate writing to me again,
