choosing a diet

Question
I lost  45 to 50 pounds and I have kept it off for about 18 months now.  I now have a flat stomach and a decent body.  But now I want to start putting on muscle instead of loosing weight, especially on my stomach.  Do you think that a no carb diet works well? What diet you would recommend for someone doing strength training, but trying not to gain weight, or loose weight?

Answer
Kays,

The answer is a firm NO. With no carbs, there's no way you gain muscles. You should consider carbohydrate cycling diets and do your homework before that. It's a special science with calculations, etc.

Try get a good manual. I would recommend you Tom Venuto's program, you can find it using this URL:

Good luck!
