high meat?

Question
hi, i read your paragraph on high meat, its very hard to find out anything about it, you described how to store and eat it for the "effect" what im wondering is, what is the effect thats supposed to happen, you mentioned it might cause much energy, is that the effect? thank you, angie

Answer
People generally experience three effects from eating "high-meat". One usually gets a feeling of greatly increased energy and heightened levels of concentration from the high-meat(a few have complained of being so full of energy that they couldn't get to sleep, so in the unlikelihood you ever encounter this issue, just eat the high-meat in the mornings). One word of caution:- I only experienced the full rush of energy c.24 hours or so after eating my initial piece of high-meat - it can take time to work. And, in my case, I needed to swallow a full mouthful or two of high-meat to get the best results - the marble-sized amounts recommended by Aajonus had only tiny, virtually unnoticeable effects on me. Obviously, though, the amounts required will vary greatly from individual to individual.

The second effect is that digestion tends to greatly improve as there's more beneficial bacteria in the gut, as a result of all the high-meat eaten. Since our bodies' digestive systems have been wrecked by years of bacteria-deficient cooked-foods, "high-meat" is a great way to bring bacteria-levels in the stomach up to more natural levels.

The third effect that some people have noticed is that they get better regularity of "bowel movements".

I've also found  consumption of "high-meat"(or raw organic, free-range eggs) very useful in avoiding the usual detox that happens on the rare occasions I've had to eat cooked food.

NB:- "High-meat" takes some getting used to, so you may want to start with tiny pieces, instead - or you could start by leaving raw meats out for a few days longer each time before eating them etc.) .Secondly, it's a good idea to just bolt the food down without chewing(after all, high-meat is so full of bacteria, that it's pretty much  self-digesting, anyway. Lastly, people have widely different reactions to different kinds of high-meat. For example, I still cannot handle at all the taste of "high-meat" made from fish, fowl,  or shellfish or (in many cases) muscle-meat from land-mammals(I get a vomiting reflex). On the other hand, I very much  enjoy the taste of "high-meat" made from raw organ-meats such as ox-kidney, ox-tongue, and especially ox-heart.(Obviously these are always organic, 100% grassfed). So I stick solely to certain organ-meats, when making high-meat these days.

Oh, there's a few other points I'd like to make. Aajonus recommends airing the jar outside every 3 or 4 days to get fresh oxygen into the jar to help the bacteria. I tend to air the jar once a day, and I make sure not to have too cold a setting in my fridge - this all seems to speed up the process and I tend to find I get a noticeable, positive  effect from the high-meat, after only two and a half  to three weeks as a result, instead of the 4 that Aajonus recommends.

Hope This Helps,
RPG
