MICROWAVE FLAX CRACKERS

MICROWAVE FLAX CRACKERS
2 tablespoons flax meal
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon water

Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl until dough forms. On a piece of parchment paper, shape the dough into 6-8 thin circles. Place the parchment in microwave and cook on HIGH about 1 minute, checking after about 40 seconds so they don't burn.

Although these do have an interesting crunch, they don't taste very good and have a tendency to burn in spots. The dough is very crumbly and sticky and almost impossible to shape. I won't bother making these again.
