No matter how motivated you are when it comes to losing weight, there are times when you just don’t feel like exercising or to sweat some fat out of your body system. There are times when you are too busy with what you do, had a very long and tiring day at work and what you want to do is to sit around and plop down on your most comfortable bed and listen to your soothing favorite song or probably watch your desired TV show.

There are also some people who really want to lose weight but are too sluggish to do some workouts. If you are one of those dieters who don’t want to exercise, then here are some weight loss tips you should keep in mind:

1. Save the guilt trip. Are you the kind of person who would want to watch TV than to sweat some fat out? Every time you tend to forget to exercise you experience a guilty feeling which I presume is a not a good feeling at all. I know that you definitely do want to shed off some pounds and have a sexier and healthier body, don’t you? Think about saving yourself from the guilt trip you are about to experience when you don’t exercise. You could do a 10 minute walk around the neighborhood to that you could also have some �bonding� time with your friends.

2. Set your mood. Do you always feel that you are not in the mood to exercise? You have to keep in mind that you will feel great after every workout that you do. Just imagine burning and shedding those fats out of your system. Whenever you are feeling sluggish or down, just convince yourself and think that exercising could actually sap and vitalize your energy. In fact, a simple exercising (such as walking, light running and bicycling) could actually chase your blues away.

3. 10 minute isn’t bad. Yeah, you’ve read it right. 10 minute per exercise isn’t bad. If you feel that treadmill is actually a dread-mill for you, then do something creative to fight those dreadful feelings away! For 10 minutes you can walk around the neighborhood, play catch with your dog, jog with your friend, do some bicycling around your place, play jumping rope, do some yoga or Pilates and a lot more! Just think creatively and you’ll lose weight in an enjoyable manner.

4. Dress it baby! It is like dressing your part in a typical school play. You have to dress your character so that you will feel exactly what your role wants to imply. Every time you do some workout it won’t hurt if you put on some exercise clothes. In fact, it will boost your confidence and you would want to lengthen your exercise time. These are some weight loss tips you should keep in mind so that you would avoid missing your daily workout. Remember, losing weight will not only give you a sexier and slimmer body (for other people to admire). It will also make your body healthier so that you could prevent common diseases (and some chronic diseases too) from occurring.
