You were able to lose weight last week, but you gain weight this week so you need to lose weight again, right? Does this sound familiar? Here are some easy yet effective weight loss tips for a permanent weight loss:

1. Reduce your fat and oil consumption. You want to burn fat and lose weight, right? So technically, you need you stay away from fatty foods or if you can’t do that, just reduce your consumption of fatty foods. Foods that are rich in fats and oils have more calories than what regular foods have. Excess calories in the body are stored as fats so you may want to decrease your consumption of foods that are high in calories such as fatty and oily foods.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Now you may think that this one is pretty easy. Well, for some it is just a piece of cake but for others, it is very difficult and challenging. You can have salads for dinner instead of having a huge serving of a pork dish in rice plates. Go for tasty vegetables such as carrots, cucumber, tomato, celery and other green and leady vegetables. If you want, you can add a nutritious salad dressing for taste enhancement. And when you get hungry during the day, you can binge on bananas, apples and pear. And for dessert, go for ice cold grapes. Ice cold grapes can definitely be an alternative for sweet and scrumptious ice cream desserts and they are also healthy and guilt-free.

3. Avoid shopping or going to a grocery store with an empty stomach. Because when you do, you will only end up buying and eating unplanned meals which are basically not good for your weight loss plan. Before you go shopping, make sure that you have already eaten and you could also bring some healthy snacks with you such as a nicely prepared sandwich.

4. Exercise. If you want to achieve a permanent weight loss, then it is very important for you to exercise. Since you are a beginner, you can start with the easy and basics in exercising. You can also do fun-filled activities such as taebo, swimming, hiking, Pilates and the like. By doing this, you will be able to lose weight while you are enjoying.

5. Change your manner of thinker. If you want to be slim, then don’t just eat healthy, think healthy too! Do not think dieting as hard, difficult and challenging. See it as an enjoyable task with a positive outcome. Maintain a healthy attitude so that you can also keep a healthy body.
