Losing that extra weight, to some people, is one of the most nightmarish and painful things they have to go through. You wake up and wish you could cut of some of that weight as fast as you wish because all your efforts do not seem to work fast enough.

* Eat plenty of fresh vegetables. Vegetables have very few calories and they also have fibers which aid in digestion of the food you have already taken; hence increasing metabolism and burning of fats in the body. This ensures that your calorie intake is low (so you are not gaining any weight) and your metabolism is fast; hence burning the calories in your body as the body will still need energy.

* Reduce your food intake by taking appetite killers. Some of the appetite killers are pills that can be bought in pharmacies. Water is a natural appetite killer since it makes you feel full reducing your general food intake. Again that's low intake of calories.

* Avoid deep fried and junk foods because they contain a lot of fats and calories which are not easily metabolized; which leads to accumulation of fats in the body and massive weight gain.

* There is also the proposed low calorie water which is said to help people lose weight. The calorie water contains ingredients which increases the process of fat burning in the body as well suppress appetite. The water makes you fill full thus reducing your food intake. The low calorie water also contain little calories which ensure that your body is not deprived of any energy when you are taking the low calorie water for your weight loss.

* Calorie watch for weight loss is not complete unless you eat healthy. Eating healthy means that the body is regularly fed with the right nutrients at their required amounts and that there is ample intake of fluids. A balanced diet should consist of some carbohydrates (for giving the body energy) some proteins (for body building) and some vitamins and minerals (to help the body build and maintain a powerful immune system).

* As much as possible avoid lots of sugar and processed foods as they contain a lot of calories in contrast to natural foods such as whole meal breads, flours, etc...
