!h1>3 Fat Blasting Workouts with No Equipment

I travel a lot. In the last year, I抳e been to Hawaii, England, Florida, California, Mexico, Vegas, Vancouver, Washington, Aspen, and many other cities in between. But each time I travel, I never miss one of my fat blasting workouts.

In fact, with bodyweight exercises, you can burn stomach fat in the comfort of your own hotel room. You don抰 even need to get cleaned up to go to the hotel gym when you can do a no equipment weight loss session even in a tiny space between the bed and the TV. Here are 3 fat blasting workouts you can do with no equipment.

The first workout is a circuit, and alternates between lower and upper body exercises. Do 10-15 repetitions of each exercise and then move to the next exercise without resting. It抯 that simple. Do this for 3 rounds or up to 20 minutes, and you抣l have a great workout.

Start with prisoner squats, then go to the floor and do an easy pushup variation (but make sure to put a towel down on the gross hotel room floor). Choose any pushup variation (from kneeling to close grip) that is a 搘arm-up?for your fitness level.

After pushups, do split squats (for each leg) and then stick-ups, followed by walking lunges and finish with mountain climbers. Then you抣l rest for one minute and repeat the circuit till you抳e had enough. But you don抰 need to do more than 20 minutes.

In the second workout, you抣l use my famous 搕imed bodyweight interval training program? Start with bodyweight squats and go for 20 seconds. Then rest for 10 seconds in the bottom position. Then go for 20 seconds of squats, then rest. Repeat that a total of 8 times and that will take you exactly 4 minutes.

Then you抣l do the same thing for pushups, but repeat only 4 times for a total of 2 minutes. After that, do 8 rounds of walking lunges with a ten second rest in the bottom of the squat position. Finish off with another 4 rounds of pushups. That抯 tough!

Finally, here抯 the 3rd of the fat blasting workouts to use in your hotel room without equipment. It抯 another circuit but involves some more explosive exercises. Start with jumping jacks for 30 reps. Then regular bodyweight squats for 15 reps and an easy pushup for 10 reps.

Follow that up with reverse lunges for 10 reps and then burpees (without the vertical jump) for 10 reps. Then do my famous spiderman climbs for 10 reps and finish with running in place for 20 seconds. Then rest one minute and go through that as many times as possible in 20 minutes.

As you can see, it doesn抰 take much to burn fat in the comfort of your hotel room. All you need are bodyweight exercises and a small amount of space and you can burn a lot of calories with these fat loss workouts.
