When I started on my weight loss journey, in the back of my mind I knew that I was going to have to do some sort of exercise. If you really want something, you have to work at it, but exercise does not have to be work. I did not want to do the traditional boring exercising that left me out of breath, sweaty and sore! I wanted it to be fun. Let's face it, If you are not enjoying it, it becomes very easy to break the routine and wind up right back where you started.
