When you eat out, it becomes difficult for you to control the ingredients and even the portions that you allow your body to eat. If you take the extra effort to prepare your own food, you can easily avoid types of foods that have high calorie and fat content.
 
3. Don't completely deprive yourself
If you end up associating dieting with ill feelings, then it would be harder for you to really pull through one. This is why you shouldn't really completely deprive yourself of the foods that you genuinely enjoy eating. Allow yourself to a cheat day each week.

5. Physical Activities
