Free weight loss plan tip #1 - Set a specific goal. It is hard to reach your destination if you don't know where you are going.  If you decide that you want to lose 20 pounds in 4 months, you have a target that you can hit.  From that target, you can break it down monthly to 5 pounds per month, and even weekly....1 1/4 pounds per week.  All of the sudden, that goal does not seem as big and becomes more reacheable in your mind.

Your free weigh loss plan tip #2 should put a smile on your face - Eat smaller meals more often After all, who would ever argue with eating more?  But the reality is, if you have a consistent calorie intake, your metabolism will be consistent.  If your metabolism is consistent, then your weight loss will be successful.

Free weight loss plan tip # 3 - Drink plenty of water. Your body is made up of over 55% water and is the fuel for your body.  If you get dehydrated, your body will begin to slow down your metabolism.  If you are planning on using any weight loss pills or supplements, it is also very important to keep your body hydrated.  Many of these supplements will capture the water in your body and use it to increase your metabolism.

There are many diet plans and weight loss plans on the market.  Some of them are based on exercise to burn fat from your body.  Others are based soley on what you eat and when you eat.  Still others are centered around starvation or fasting diets, which I would not suggest.  The best of all of these weight loss plans is to merge them together.

With a good exercise plus diet plan, you will see the fastest and longest lasting results.  But exercise does not have to be 2 hours per day running on a treadmill.  To get the best results, all you really need is 15 - 20 minutes three days per week.   That coupled with a good weight loss diet, and you will feel the best, look the best, and the pounds will fall right off your body.
