Now that you have lost weight, how do you keep yourself in shape?
I stay slim by teaching Zumba and now I am into weight training too. I realised how important it was to build muscles along with burning fat. I am also looking to get a certification in weight training.
So is Zumba a way of life now or do you only dance to stay slim?
It not only benefitted me physically, but also emotionally. I was very moody and would get angry easily. Zumba helped me stay calm. I believe I can deal with tough decisions better only because I practice Zumba. It changed me as a person and gave me the opportunity to discover my inner self.
Kashish is a Zumba instructor for nine months now and trains in several gyms and studios in Nerul and Vashi.
