Psychologist Ann Mary Kearney-Cooke Ph.D, who specialises in weight loss, says that that we require approximately one hour every day to do the work necessary to successfully lose weight and maintain this loss over time. She adds that a major reason why people are unsuccessful with their diet plans is due to not devoting enough time to preparation.
