High Protein, Low Fat, No Cholesterol

Question
I am 41 and I workout.  A few months ago, my diet changed dramatically when I learned I had high cholesterol and borderline high blood pressure.  I now eat like a vegetarian who eats fish.  My goal is high protein, low fat / sat. fat, and no cholesterol.  I need snacks for work but my old protein bars are out - too much fat and cholesterol.  I also need more choices of fish.  Getting sick of Salmon.  Any ideas?
Thanks.

Richard-

Dietary CHO they are proving has VERY little impact on your body CHO levels and its more influenced by your intake of highly processed junk foods, mainly carbs. Id look at eating lean meats including red meat, poultry, eggs (once the initial CHO has dropped), fish and then lots of whole food fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds, stay away from the processed grains etc for now. you could tote along  a cooked chicken breast, canned chicken, those packs of tuna, beef jerky, add on a piece of fruit and your golden, lean lunch meats like roast beef or hams and a pickle, a hand full of nuts.

everyone should eat like a vegetarian and then add a LOT of meats etc to the diet.

Other Fish that are great. I Love catfish its another fatty fish like salmon, tilapi is good and fairly mild, Orange roughy is a very good fish as well. Shark you would like if your a fan of salmon get some shark steaks, dont ignore the other meats.
