Questionhi, i am a 14 year old teen, and i really want to lose fat. Mostly thigh fat. What exersizes can I do for this? And how often should i do these exersizes before I see some results? AnswerDear Sammy, You can't just reduce fat in your thigh area, but you can tone the muscles in your thigh area with daily walking for at least 30 minutes and or daily jogging. You have to walk every day for at least thirty minutes. You should see results within 2 weeks. Get a tape measure and keep track of the diameter of your thighs.
