hello..

i am 25 year old married indian woman.. i have pcos.. i am on birthcontrol pills and glumetza(metformine)250gm.. i am trying loose 10 pound weight.. rightnow i am 121 lb. i want to loose 10 lb..i work out 1 hour and 15 minute at gym and 1 hour at aeribics class 5 times a week.. in weekend i do house work and shopping.. i am pour vegetarian.. i eat one grape fruit and one apple at morning and some other fruits like strawbarie or oranges at lunch and some time at snake time i eat handful raw peanuts.. and at dinner time i eat 1 cup boiled broccali or salad with just vinegar dressing or 1 cup cut green beans and cut carrots, 1 cup fat free milk and 2 slice on fiber wheat bread..in weekends.. i some times eats pizza slice or sugary cereal..

i work really heard to lose weight but it is really difficult for me to loose weight...

can you please advice me on my diet and exercise so i can lose 10 lb weight...

PCOS tends to respond well to a low carb diet, so though you have what would generally be considered a really healthy diet, it may not be the best diet for your body.

Try incorporating more green veggies and stick with all whole grains. Also get more protein from tempeh,tofu, soy, seitan, nuts and eggs. Cut back on the sugary snacks and the fruit, it may not work for you and your body.
