Weight Loss/Diet

Question
I'm 27  6'0  245  an wanna get this gut off  & was wondering what kind of diet/exercise regiment you would recommend for me.  I don't have access to a gym unfortunately but have a couple adjustable barbells an a new stationary bike with all the heartbeat/cal. display things.  I've been doing 60 min. intense cardio sessions 3-4x/wk. but don't think i'm eating right. I like to eat more smaller meals per day but like to eat big late.  What can i stuff myself with before bed that doesn't go straight to the waist line?  Any advice would be great.

Bryan

Answer
You can't "eat big late" nor "stuff yourself" with anything. You need to control your eating if you want to lose the weight. There's no way around it.
