Answer
Hi, Dina...

I think it's great you want to ensure your body is always healthy.

The only things I can really tell you are to make sure you always remain physically active and eat a variety of fresh, whole foods everyday.

By eating a variety of fresh, whole foods and staying active, you give your body the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients it needs, as well as the opportunity to use the energy it gets from your food.

You'll want to concentrate on fresh, whole foods because they are the least processed and less likely to contain toxins and chemicals that shouldn't be in your body.

Having a healthy diet is not the hard part.  The hard part is making it a lifestyle.  Also, keep your saturated fat intake low and drink plenty of herbal tea and water.

I think those are the ideas that have served people best and will serve you the best.

Good luck.
