Question
Dear Madam,

I have a real problem because I've decided to become a vegetarian and i haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm getting bad stomach cramps and becoming light headed alot since i stopped eating meat.  I wanted to know if you could tell me what's wrong with me.

Sincerely,
Pattianne

Answer
I cannot tell you what is wrong.  But I can suggest that you see your doctor as step number one.  As step number 2 I suggest that you see a registered dietitian to get proper instruction for a vegetarian diet and to make sure you are getting all of your proper nutrients and the balance that your body needs.
