Avoiding putting weight back on after quick weight loss

Hello! I was hoping for some advise. While I would not class myself as having a fully blown eating disorder, recently I have been obsessing over my weight.

I have been on an extremely strict diet, eating anything from nothing, to 600 calores per day. I am a 6 foot male.

I have almost lost all the weight I wanted to, around 2 and a half stone in a horribly tiring couple of months,  now am scared that I fit pretty neatly into the class of people who are going to rocket back up in weight.

Do you have any tips on avoiding this and picking up my eating to its healthy level again? I vaguely plan to start doing some exercise and slowly up my calorie intake, but would love some more specific advise. Thanks alot!
