QuestionHi, I have been dieting and exercising regularly for over a year now and have had great results, i do pilates everyday and watch my calorie intake, i take in 1200-1500 calories a day. I just haven't been able to lose the last 10 pounds, i am stuck and i was wondering if you had any advice as to what i could do to get over this plateau, and lose the last 10 pounds so i can reach my goal. I would greatly appreciate your advice.
AnswerHi Angel,
The worst thing to do (and most common attempt to get out of a plateau) would be to eat less and exercize more - that would lower one's metabolism. Getting bothered by it will also. Go for the 1500 intake, and light on the exercise to give your body the sense that all it well, it is okay to clean out the storage.
