Hello.

 How often should I eat salads, say in terms of weeks, days, months...?  Although they're vegetables, most are raw... are they good for my health?

Raw vegetables, whether in salads or just eaten sliced, are an extremely healthy choice. You should get 3-5 servings of vegetables every day (raw or cooked), so you can easily choose to eat a salad every day as part of a healthy diet. Make sure to include a wide variety of different vegetables - choosing a variety of different colours is one way to ensure variety and makes an appealing looking salad as well.
