weight and baby body

Question
I had a baby 8 months ago by c-section. It is my third and last child. Anyway, I am 31 and my tummy seems to be jello like now. I can't seem to tone it? What can I do? Is it still too early to trim my tummy (also my hips have not gone all the way down yet, si i need help there as well). I have also lost all the weight I had gained but my body has gone "weird"! What should I do. I need help.
Thank you,
Sam

Answer
Dear Sam, If you were able to tone and flatten after your last baby, then hopefully your body will respond the same to this one. As we age, the skin does lose it's elasticity, hopefully your's won't. I would start a weight lifting program to stimulate your metabolism and firm up your abs, just call your surgeon to make sure it's OK. Try crunches for a month if you can't get into weight lifting.
