Hi,

What do you think about Fish Sauce?
Does it have ME (probiotic etc.)?
Is it related in some way with high meat, aged eggs, stink fish?

Is there any substitute to high meat, which could be ready-made bought from Asian Markets (either from Meat or Fish. Please name them).

Does kimchi or sauerkraut have same bacteria and health benefit effects as of hight meat?

I'm afraid not. I and others have tried fish sauce or aged, raw plant foods like raw sauerkraut, but they never gave the same benefits as aged, raw meats(aka "high-meats"). I have tried aged, raw seafood and it never had the same beneficial effect as "high-meat".
