Timing meals

Question
Hi,

I am a 25 year old female.  I just started a job where I work 11pm to 7am.  I am trying to lose weight and was wondering what would be the best way to schedule my meals.  I want to try a plan that has me eating 6 small meals a day.  I don't know if I should sleep first thing when I get off or wait a few hours and sleep then.  Also, when should I exercise?
Thanks

Answer
Meal timing is a contradictory matter. To answer your question, I should know more about your dieting/exercise history, body weight, fitness level, and food preferences.

Generally speaking, you might want to try two things:

1. Read these articles at

2. Try our free plan bassed on 6 meals a day:

Hope it helps :)
