Fruits/ not all raw-meat

Question
Hi again!
If I switch to fruits only what kind of fruits do you recommend?
How much fruit is recommened? According to Wai Diet it is basically all you can eat..
Are berries incl. in fruits?
What do you think of raw nuts? Avocados, tomatoes and cucumber (also fruits)?

I have no problem eating raw fish like tuna or salmon. I begin every day with a piece of raw fish and two egg yolk mixed with coconut milk. But for lunch and dinner it is much harder.. Can I get away now with frying only the surface of the meat? An keep it raw inside? So noone will be disgusted.
My colleagues and my husband thinks raw meat is disgusting.. And they give me the creeps about cathing parasites..

Is it okay to visit Raw food websites for vegans and use their recepies with fruit?

Best regards

Answer
Many people have tried a 100 percent fruits only diet. After some months/years/decades, depending on the individual, they all have to give up on such a diet eventually, as fruits are not complete foods so cannot provide all the nutrients that the human body needs.

Yes, raw berries are also fruits. I love their taste. Avocadoes are one of the very few plant foods very high in fat, so are useful. Tomatoes and cucumbers are fine too, but cucumbers are very low in nutrient-status.

The Wai Diet is a diet that is indeed mostly raw fruit but it also includes some raw seafood(raw fish, raw shellfish) as well.

Frying only the surface of the meat is "less worse" than cooking the meat entirely, though it's not ideal. It all depends on you:- If you are in an awful state of ill-health, then you would be better off not cooking your food at all. If you are still reasonably healthy, then just searing your meats for 10 seconds on each side, for example, is fine.

If you want to get your husband to change his mind, you could invite him out to restaurants which offer raw meat dishes such as Japanese Sashimi restaurants offering raw fish(sashimi) or ones offering steak-tartare(usually ethnic european restaurants like French,Russian or Hungarian ones). Then there are raw oyster bars, and some american restaurants offer raw beef carpaccio etc. The main thing is to show your husband, in this way, that eating raw animal food in public is socially acceptable.

By all means, visit raw food websites for vegans use their recipes. Try to avoid any highly processed plant foods, though:- so no nut-flours like almond flour, just raw fruit and raw veg.

I would suggest you try a high-raw plant food/low- raw animal food diet for now, but, if you are in ill-health, you may well find that you need to increase the raw animal food-intake portion of your diet, sooner or later.
