Low Carb Snacks

Question
Hello...I recently began the Atkins low carb diet and I am trying to find snacks that will fit with the program and allow me to meet my munchies need. Every snack I find does not meet induction requirements...Help! I need something crunchy!

Answer
Crunchy snacks to replace chips and crackers are one of the biggest needs Atkins dieters express (behind pizza). There are a lot of things you can do to mimic chips like:

1. Make Parmesan chips: Fry parmesan cheese in a chip shape until crispy

2. Pork rinds, due to the popularity of low carb diets, pork rinds are more popular than ever and they come in different flavors.

3. Crunch on some veggies: Broccoli and ranch is induction friendly and healthy.
