Food, glucose, or insulin intolerances

Question
Tanya
I think I have carbohydrate intolerance. I have always eaten lots of toast, potatoes etc, but always had bad gas and bloating, inability to lose weight, along with most of the other symptoms.
Last week I cut out all carbs and I feel SO much better and even lost a pound!
Now I have discovered low glycemic carbs like yams and converted rice.
Can I eat these types of carbs, or in my case are ALL carbs bad-even the low glycemic ones?
Thanks!

Answer
Dear Bea,

I don't think you want to eat the types of carbs that makes you unhealthy. To figure out, which ones do that, you might want to either try or ask you doctor for blood tests to figure out glucose and insulin tolerance and the nature of your problem.

Alternatively, try the rotation method, which is helpful in any food intolerances. First, cut out all suspicious foods, than reintroduce them one thing at a time and wait for any reaction for a week every time.
