QUESTION: hi i was wondering whats a good way i can lose 40=50 pounds by july 1? if 40 is too much whats a reasonabl amount and how can i lose it? im 20 female just in case you wanted to know
1. im 20
2.i been trying to eat a good breakfast like oatmeal but somedays im not hungry but lunch i eat palm size baked or grilled chicken breast 1/2 cup of green beans 1/4 cup of corn
snacks sun chips, granola bar, or something else thats 100 calories but dinner i sometimes fall off track like today i had pizza and hot wings
3. i haven;t been exercising but i want to go walking for a hour before work then do 45 minutes of tabeo when i come home but i got to stick with it
4. no medical problem im healthy just overweight.
also i've been throwing up after i eat but i plan on stopping today

First of all, it's reasonable to lose about 2 pounds per week, or about 25 pounds by July 1. If you lose weight any faster than that, then you'll GAIN in the long run because you're slowing down your metabolism. Your throwing up two years ago is probably a major reason why you're overweight now (yes, if you diet like that, then your metabolism can stay slowed down for up to two years.)
Your exercise plan is a little excessive. Do either the one hour walk or the 45 minutes of Tae Bo, but don't do both on the same day. Make sure you take one day a week off. Don't throw anything up-this will only make you fatter in the long run, and in the short run you can end up in the hospital because you mess up your electrolyte balance. Make sure you eat enough that when the pizza comes around, you're not dying of hunger and you're able to eat just one slice and stop. Always eat a good breakfast. And NO sugared drinks.
