High fibre (fiber) diet


Question
Years ago I lost at least 15 pounds while on a high fibre/ low fat diet.  Since then I've gained all the weight plus back and would like to try something along those lines again.  I'd appreciate any suggestions or meals type plans that you could offer.

Dear Donna,

The general idea of high fiber diet (I'll use USA spelling, OK?) is a two-fold one:

1. To decrease energy density of meals
2. To decrease calorie absorption of meals
