QuestionHello, I am 31 years old, 5'9" and weigh 238 pounds. I have always struggled with my weight but with two kids, a family history of diabetes and my own blood sugar level increasing, I HAVE to do something about it this time. All the other diets I have tried work, and then fail. I was told to keep it simple. 1800 calorie diet, plenty of water and 30 minutes of exercise a day. Is this the best way for me to be successful this time? I want to be under 200 pounds by my 32 birthday in July. Can this be done safely? Thanks!
AnswerDear Dan,
Due to your diabetes, you'd better go on diets under instruction of your doctor. My mom has got diabetes for more than 20years, she is getting weaker. I know there is many kinds of diabetes and it is very important to have right diets from your doctor.
May God bless you, Dan!
Best wishes,
