Losing Weight Tips:

In today's society many people are trying to lose weight, but with so many different foods choices I know it's hard, there are many charts to follow out there on how to loss weight, but I found that if you do not have it in your mind, losing weight will not mean anything, I know a lot of people made New Year's resolutions saying they are going to go on a strict diet but when that day is over they eat more then what they did before they made the resolution or they say maybe if I skip a meal I will lose weight.

I've learned for myself you have to control your food intake and try not over eat, for me when my stomach starts hurting that's when I know I am done eating, I know that sounds crazy but it works for me, there are certain signs that will tell your mind that you had enough, you just have to listen.

My Losing Weight Tips:

I'm always home so I am surrounded by food, when I want something to eat before dinner I get a water, "now don't get me wrong I did not like to drank water but now I talk myself in drank it" and it makes a different. I also like making cakes "banana nut" and homemade ice cream, but I do not use a lot of sugar and they still taste good.

Here's a couple of suggestions that you can use if you want to lose weight:

1. Avoid your favorite high calorie snacks. use wheat snacks - they are good.
2. When your prepare your dinner add in healthier foods. if you season it right you wont know the difference.
3. Exercise, you do not have to over due it, don't make it seem like it's a job.
4. Reward yourself even if you loss one pound " I don't mean eat" dance, celebrate
