People today are always looking for that magic pill to help them lose weight. They search long and hard for that magic cure to help them make their excess weight disappear. Money will be spent on pills and supplements. All hoping that these products will change their lives and turn them in to new people. By making them feel, live and look better. Today's magic pill for weight loss is the all important EXERCISE.

Try these seven exercise tips and start changing your life.

1...Try activities you like...There are different forms of exercise..dancing,walking with your kids,gardening,working around the house,yoga,badminton. Make it easier to get active by choosing activities that you enjoy. If you do this you`re more likely to stick with them.

2..Multiple smaller exercise`s.....Working out all at one time is fine, but if you don`t have the time. There is nothing wrong with doing 2 to 3, 10 minute workouts throughout the day. Throw in a workout in the morning before work. Another workout on your lunch break. Then another after supper. Multiple workouts may even be more beneficial then one 30-45min workout. The reasons being that working out multiple times throughout the day will have your metabolism working more throughout the day.

3...Workout with intensity.....Speed up your workout, by increasing your intensity. An example would be walking, try picking up the pace. Say the way you would walk to work if you were going too be late. Try timing your steps and improve on it. Walking 125-135 steps per minute is a pace of 3 to 4 miles per hour.

4...Workout with a friend........Having a workout partner can help you keep on track. Your partner will keep you motivated to get out of your house and stay active.

5...Keep active at lunch time......If you have time to go out for lunch. Then you have time to workout. Even if it's 10-15minutes of high intensity workout.

6...Take the stairs and buy a pedometer.....Use stairs all the time instead of elevators or escalators. If you are just to busy to find any time to workout. Try walking or running up a few flights of stairs(as many as you can do)

7...Sitting around watching TV? .....Then get off the couch, get moving and keep active. You can sit or lay around when your older or worst yet when your light has been extinguished. This is a terrible thing to think of but we're only around once. So why not make the most of it. When you get older you`ll wish you were more active and made better use of your time, like when you we're young.

There is no magic pill for weight loss despite what is advertised out their. You just have to watch what you eat. Burn off more calories than you take in. Exercise will help you lose and maintain your weight, allowing you to enjoy a healthier and more full filling life.
