• Hook swings: using a kettle ball, hold it in your hands at your belt line level. Swing the kettle ball from side to side to put pressure on your abdomens.

• Towel swings: Thread a towel through the kettle ball and swing it around the head in one direction. Stop only to switch directions before you repeat the routine again. To put more stress on your abs, make sure that you do this exercise on a squat position.

• Rotation with raised knees: Rotate the kettle ball at your chest level while twisting your waist from side to the other. Do this while you are raising one knee to your elbow.

• Overhead rotation: Use two kettle balls and shoulder press both over your head as you lock your arms out. Twist your waist from side to side and you will immediately feel the effects on your lower abdomen.
