Tip 2# Drink Water If you ask me what is the magical weight loss pill my answer would be - water. Water helps you to clean the body of toxins from inside; it plays an important role in all the biochemical reactions of the body; it also can fill you up so you will eat less. Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water daily.

Tip 3# Fiber If you want to choose snack, prefer the high fiber one. Fiber can help you in minimize the risk of diabetes, colon cancer and other diseases, it also plays an important role in losing weight. Prefer the fruits like banana, watermelon, plums, peaches, and oranges. Another tip about snack is never eat the snack while watching TV. It’s acceptable to eat a meal while watching television, but never is snacking at this time acceptable.

Tip 4# Exercise If you don’t have time to go to gym for fitness, move more often is the answer. Move more often at least a half hour each day. Walking or biking really help you in burn the calorie.
