Can you believe that you can lose weight in a week without following any special weight loss diet? You will have to coz we have some tips and suggestions that if followed can help you lose weight in a week without considering any special diet or spending your hard earned money. Yes, this is true!

Firstly, you should wake up one hour earlier than usual so that you can carry out these activities. Take a brisk walk in the morning for half an hour. Make sure that you eat food at least after two hours of exercise so that your body loses weight. Our body usually demands food when we do any type of exercise and if you fulfill its requirements at that very instant, then all the weight you have lost is regained.

Have a healthy breakfast! A healthy breakfast is a key to good health and you should start your day with nutritional food. Oatmeal, milk, fruits, juice etc. are known to be good sources of energy. You should avoid tea or coffee in the morning. However, if possible try to drink a cup of green tea that would act as an antioxidant and help to stay fit.

Avoid overeating! Overeating is the key factor to obesity and you should avoid it. It takes our brain twenty minutes to understand that we have consumed enough food required for our body. It is therefore suggested to eat slowly. You should also drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated all the time. Try to drink a glass of water some time before meals so that your digestion system is ready to process the food. Also make sure that you do not drink water for at least 40 minutes after your meal so that the food is properly digested and absorbed by the system.

No junk or oily food! Abstain yourself from eating oily food and products. Oily food means high calorie intake which results in obesity as people do not follow any exercise regime or burn this extra fat. Also, you need to include some fresh fruits and vegetables instead of consuming junk food so that your body gets proper nutrition in form of vitamins and minerals. Oatmeal! Yes, it is one of the best types of food that you can have in your breakfast or dinner. Oatmeal is known for its high fiber content and ability to digest easily. Moreover, it's a bon appetite and provides you a good level of energy.

Schedule your dinner! It's very important that you consume your dinner three hours before you go to bed. Also, try to consume either less food or just green salad and fruit during dinner as most of us usually go to bed as soon as we finish our dinner. This means there's no physical activity between your dinner and good night sleep. If you can finish your dinner three hours earlier then you can even plan to go for a walk or stroll and give your body time to digest the food you just consumed.
