Eating vegetables is also important because they are easy to digest. Take in minimal or no animal products such as meat and poultry and dairy products. No eggs, butter, cheese and full cream milk. Yogurt may be allowed as long as they are eaten once in a while. These dairy products have additional hormones and chemicals that build up fats. So, instead of eating those, you may want to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat also foods that are high in fiber to help you clean your system.

As a lifestyle modification, you also need to quit smoking. Avoid coffee also for it kills the essential nutrients in your body. As a substitute for coffee, you may want to drink herbal teas, preferably green teas.

Lastly, you need a support group. In order to be successful in your dieting system, you need to hook up with people that have the same goal as you. In this way, you are helping each other to remind you of your commitments.

Remember, you are in control of you body. If you want something, you need to work for it. An efficient weight loss diet is not effective at all if you do not have the mind set and commitment to work it out.
