Try and keep all your meals balanced, colourful and fresh. Experiment with foods and cooking methods that you haven’t tried before. For example, if you have never eaten butternut then buy some and perhaps grill it in the oven. You may just discover new tastes and favourites!

Get creative with exercise

Turn up the music when cleaning the house and make work fun – not only will you complete your tasks faster, but you will burn calories at the same time.

If you are taking care of children then take them outside for some sunshine, fun and games. Run, skip, jump, throw and catch a ball – any form of exercise in which you engage, will help you burn calories.

So find simple ways to make weight loss easy for you to achieve and have fun at the same time. Remember the journey to the goal can be enjoyable as well.
