Eating, and excercise

Question
Hello,

I'm 16 and I play extremely competitive travel soccer and Track.  I like to lift and run almost everyday.  But after workouts I seem to really not feel like eating.  At least not any hot food or food that just seems tedious to eat.  I know it sounds silly, but what could I do instead to substitute those meals. While still keeping the same large calorie intake to recover and get stronger, along with the right carb/protein/fat ratio.

Sorry if this question doesn't fit your expertise

Thanks

Answer
To quickly recover, increase muscle growth and allow your body to continue with the same level of exercise, I would suggest that you supplement your current diet with a Vegan Protein shake. I would suggest Vegan because then you get the value of the vegetable nutrients that are highly needed for recovery and optimal health, but also the most easily digestible and usable protein for the body. This you can just suck it up and drink it down in under a couple minutes.

Then after you feel like eating, do so and remember to eat a ton of vegetables and only lean animal proteins.
