Question
I am 39 years of age and run 8 miles every morning, and also do 30 minutes of kettlebell training every day. At the weekends, I run 10 miles and do 60 minutes of kettlebell training. However, I simply cannot lose any weight, despite eating (what I think) quite healthily. I have greek yoghurt with nuts for breakfast, tuna fish salad or egg white omelette and salad for lunch, and huge amounts of veggies/salad with a piece of chicken for dinner. I don't eat any carbs (e.g. potatoes/rice/salad/bread), and have not done for about 8 years. Any help would be appreciated.

Answer
HI Lisa
You don't give any details about your body size so what I'm going to say is that you may not need to lose any weight, your body may be comfortable where it is.  And PS for what it's worth, as far as I'm concerned your body needs complex carbs along with all other food types.
