low imune system

Question
Hi I am 15 years old, and I have been haveing a problem with food and my body for quite a while. Ever since I was about 13 i have always had a problem with certain foods I ate (always been a picky eater). I never use to eat breakfast because I would just start to feel nauscious or have an upset stomach. I still have this problem today and really don't eat much at all in the mornings even through out the day, I can just go through out the day not being hungry most of the times. Well now I have realized that even though I am in good shape 100. 8 pounds but still skinny (which doesn't bother me) I have to say that I have a pretty fast metabolism and a very week imune system! I am always the one to get sick! and its just rediculous.(I have been tested for animia & It was negative) Many say(family/friends) that I need to eat more or take vitamins. I am curently sufering from concipation and feeling very bloated, this usually happens to me quite often. May you please give me some advice on what foods I should eat in the mornigs or even through out my day to help my immunse system, and also any types of vitamins I should take. Also what foods or techniques are good to get rid of this concipation! please help.

Answer
Deaudre,
When you are constipated you are filled with toxins that your body would generally get rid of through elimination- but because your bowels don't move- neither do the poisons that are in there.

There is a simple answer ( though you may not like it) EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES! The vitamins, minerals and fiber will make you healthy, strong, and will make you go. Try things- then try them again. Don't give up on eating something until you have tried it 8 different times, 8 different ways. It is the only way to feel really good.

Hope this helps,
Lela
