Losing 2.5 kg for kickboxing fight

Question
I am 69 kg and need 2 get to 67.5 kg what can I do or what should I be eating and how much should I be eating its for a kickboxing fight my body fat is at 11% so I dont have a lot of fat lol

Answer
Hi,

With your body fat percent, you can expect that the lost weight will be water weight. To lose some water, you might want to:

1. Eat plenty of cucumbers, watermelon, parsley, drink teas and coffee - they work as diuretics;

2. Take sea salt baths: the water retained in tissues will be squeezed out of them by tub water pressure plus the salts in the water have some osmotic;

3. Try to sweat more, for example, drink herbal teas that are usually used for colds and flu like hyssop, Indian potawatomis, yarrow or elder.

These can help solving your problem.
