Frozen Fruit Nutrion Lost?

I drink a smoothie every morning with my protein powder. I love to add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc... I always use frozen fruit though, and I was wondering if it loses nutrients? I have heard that it does, and others say it doesn't. What is the lowdown?

Hi Christopher,
It depends upon the products and the fructose. In some high acidic products, then yes it can lose nutrients while those with less acid typically dont. Its also important to remember that water it's self is nutritious.
