Food Addiction

Question
I have been exercising and eating well for one month now.  Prior to that, I spent a year+ eating poorly, mostly fast foods or chain restaurants.  Despite my efforts, I still seem to have serious cravings for these foods.  Any suggestions and/or will it take more time before I can expect them to go away?

Thanks.

Answer
Food cravings take time to change!!  You have to give your taste buds and your old habits time to change.  The other problem is that when you go cold turkey and make a food completely taboo, you are more likely to crave it!  It depends on the person though.  Some do better getting rid of the offending foods all together and some do better keeping them in but only ocassionally and in moderation!  Either way it takes time to change habits so stick with it!!
