looking for a healthier diet

Question
Hi George. I am a 22 year old guy, I'm not overweight or looking to lose any, I'm just looking to eat healthier. Unfortuneately I have neglected my nutrition for quite some time now, and I'm interested in figuring out a diet that I can stick to and get away from the easy junk food. I know if I have a plan and stick to it, I can feel better, and look healthier, but I'm so new to this I need someone to point me in the right direction. And yes, as with many poeple, I am trying to do this on a budget(no $5 cans of olives, sorry). I know there are probably many diets tailored to meet my specific needs and goals, but I would appreciate any help or advice you can offer. Thanks.

Answer
Hello Justin!

Thank you for your nutrition question.  I am glad that you  want to lead a healthy lifestyle. In order to lead a healthier  lifestyle we need eat a more plant based diet which includes at least 5 fruits and vegetables daily such as oranges, apples, cherries, broccoli, spinach, and carrots. I also recommend a whole food supplement called JUICE PLUS which is made from 17 different fruits, vegetables, and grains.  It comes in capsule and chewables also. It would be a perfect addition to your healthy lifestyle and can be purchased at www.juiceblend.com
