Answer
There aren't many psychologists who would diagnose themselves. They know that if they have a problem, they are probably going to be the last one to realize it.
What you describe is stress, anxiety and possibly depression. Not a vitamin or mineral deficiency.
Stress and anxiety don't necessarily manifest in the ways you think they should; you can also be depressed and still smile or laugh. These things aren't always what you may imagine.

The ONLY way to really address this and get through it is to have a professional evaluate these symptoms. Also, having a full physical exam is necessary, including a complete blood test and the rest.

Until you get these things done, try making your schedule more rigid. A specific wake up time every day, including weekends, a real (healthy) breakfast (whole grains are vitally important) and a bedtime that gets you no less than 7 hours of sleep. Really! No t.v. during these 7 hours, no computer, no studying, reading or anything else.
Increase fruit intake throughout the day (along with the whole grains); try to get 3 to 5 apples, oranges, bananas, pears, etc.. These are the most commonly undereaten food groups and the lack of sleep and routine can cause serious side effects like you've described.

Still, please be evaluated by a real doctor above all. A counselor can also administer tests to determine any underlying psychological causes that you may not recognize.
