My weight-loss strategy is not working

Hello, I've been killing myself by exercising twice a day but my stragety is not working, i have reached a plateu, and even though i try to do 35 minutes of stationary bicycling in the morning and 35 minutes of walking in the afternoon (6 days a week) i am not losing weight and getting thiner.  i don' t know why, maybe too much exercising is too bad, i feel so tired all the time.  Or do you think that i should eat less? The problem is that if i eat less i would feel too exhausted and too wore out.  So i don't think i can afford the responsability of cutting calories.

Do you think i should exercise more than I do?

PS: Can u suggest me a good walking and stationary bikeriding routine that i can do that won't exhaust me and can make me lose weight?

If you're trying to jump to the end and get immediate results, of course it won't work. You'll be tired, discouraged and quite possibly hurt.

If you are overweight, it didn't happen over night and it's going to take a little while for it to be resolved. Rather than focus on what you want to end up looking like, focus on short goals.
First: 35 minutes of intense exercise twice a day, every day - that's just tiring you out means it's wrong. So stop! Learn to control yourself. 15 minutes of something you LIKE to do, twice a day, is much more fun and will result in steadier toning and weight loss.

Second: If you eat too little, your body will do what it has to in order to survive what it thinks is a famine. It will use muscle for fuel rather than fat. The less muscle you have, the lower your metabolism will be and the more fat you'll store.

Finally - just try to increase your exercise time ONLY after you're comfortable with the time you're doing. For example, if it's relatively easy to do 15 minutes of brisk walking, keep it up for a week and the next week, increase it by about 5 minutes. Give THIS another week and then add 5 minutes more.
The point is to never go backwards. If you do 20 minutes one day, no matter what, make sure you never do less than that.  This should make you think twice about 'pushing' yourself beyond comfortable limits.
