overeating

Question
Hello, I was wondering, I sometimes overeat, and the next day I feel horrible; my question is, should i eat less than I normally do for the next few days to make up for what I overate? Or should I just resume my normal eating habits? It seems like cutting back a little bit will help, but I don't want to mess up my metabolism. Any advice?

Answer
Hi Andrea,

Work on the quality of what you eat and quantity tends to take care of itself. Empty food leaves you empty, and still eating. Real Food gives you what you need.

You can't eat too much fresh produce. Whole grains you need, one serving a day of meat is optional.
