Dieting and Weight loss

Question
I weigh 125 pounds and I am 5'4". I wouldn't have a problem with this if I didn't think there was so much fat on my stomach and in my breast( I wear a C cup on the edge of a D cup). The question Im getting at is how would you suggest I go about losing weight( besides exercise, I run at least 2 miles 4 to 5 times a week) in these specified places? Thanks for your time.

Answer
unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce. The only thing you can do is follow a low fat diet and exercise, with particular attention to those areas. Running, biking, and other cardio exercises are a good way to lose fat. Obviosuly crunches for your stomach. However, I don't really recommend you try to work the muscles in your breasts because the muscle will just replace the fat tissue and the size will not be reduced. I can't stress cardio enough... your body will pull fat from all over your body, and hopefully eventually those spots that you are concerned about!
