Hi,
  My father is suffering from Diabetes and Cardiac rpoblems. He likes to eat chocolate but he can't choose non of the chocolate available in the market by only reading the label.Pls give me an advice to buy chocolates for his use.

Hello,

This is what I do for myself. I buy 90 percent black chocolate, melt it in a non-stick skillet, add stevia or Splenda and any nuts, sesami seeds, etc., I choose, than let it cool down and solidify. Experiment - and I am sure you'll find something your father will love.
